Is there a way to install my A25 5th wheel hitch in the bed of my 2024 Ram 2500 which has the factory in bed hitch system.

You have a couple options for installing the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16180 in the bed of your 2024 Ram 2500 with the factory in bed hitch system. First we have the Adapter Rails # C29BR which fit into the pucks and give you the ISR mounting points. Do note this will raise the hitch 2" so you will likely need to lower the height of the hitch.

The next option is replacing your ISR Base # C16907 with the Ram Base # C16021 so you can install the hitch directly into the factory mounts. This will give you this Curt A25 # C16046 which is specifically designed for the Ram bed.

Hello,so I have the A25 for a 2021 3500 chevy, and I have legs for the rails in my 1993 2500 chevy and now I have to spend another 5-6 hundred to put my A25 in my 2024 ram 2500?

@Cory If you have the OEM puck system on your 2024 Ram then yes, you'll either need the Curt OEM 5th Wheel Hitch Legs # C16021, or you can use the Adapter Rails # C29BR if your A25 is currently setup for industry standard base rails. I wouldn't be too thrilled about having to shell out more money either, but the alternative is an entirely new hitch which is easily twice that price if not more. Do you currently have all 3 trucks that you're actively using?

@Cory We don't do trade-ins, no. Since you have the Ram and the older Chevy that you still use it would probably be best to stick with the Curt and just use the adapter rails so it can be swapped from one truck to the next.
