Question:
I plan to tow a Big Tex 25 ft gooseneck trailer four brakes with a 2007 International 4400 SBA truck tractor with air brakes. What is the recommended controller and wiring kit. Does the controller wire into the switched side of the brake light switch as usual? Ill also need a female to female connector from 7 pin semi to 7 blade RV. Thanks for the research.

Since there isn't an adapter to go from a semi 7-Way to an RV 7-Way the best solution is going to be to install a separate RV style 7-Way on your 2007 International 4400.
You can use installation kit # ETBC7. You may be able to tap into the circuits on the existing 7-Way as long as the turn signals and brake lights are combined on the same circuit. If not then you will have to first install a 4-Way using # 119178KIT.
If the circuits are combined on the existing semi 7-Way then all you will do on the # ETBC7 is cut off the 4-Way end, and the brown wire is running lights, green is right turn and brake, and yellow is left turn and brakes. I have included some links that show and explain a traditional installation that you can follow for the rest of the install.
For a brake controller I recommend the P2 # 90885 because it is easy to set up and use and it is reliable. The brake controller red wire attaches to the cold side of the brake switch to the wire that only has power when the brake pedal is pressed.
