Unfortunately I cannot pin point where the brake light switch is on a 2007 International 4400 series. You'll need to trace your air line to find the wiring connection and then confirm the correct wire using a circuit tester like # PTW2993. This will allow you to probe the wire through the insulation to determine that it is the proper function before your splice into it for a brake controller or 3rd brake light.
