Hey, Mike.
Based off what your describing it sounds like you have a multi-fit coupler. We don't have just the bolt by itself but there are repair kits, part # T4045400. There's not that many couplers that are like this so not too common. A more common type of coupler latch would be part # CT-3000-RK.
Below are pictures of a multi-fit coupler and a standard type of coupler.
Are there any other projects you're working on, on your trailer?

Hi Mike the kit i used was the Latch Repair Kit for Dexter Multi-Fit Couplers and Brake Actuators Part Number: T4045400. Evrything worked perfectly, as Fred stated below just replace the whole works, does not take long and everything will work smoother.

Mike, The best bet is to get the full kit, I bought it and replace all the works and it is a lot smoother now. Hope that helps.
