The Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain Tow Bar - Non-Binding - RV Mount - For Blue Ox Base Plate # RM-586 Will indeed fit Blue Ox base plates. I see you previously ordered the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU99FR, and these will mate together perfectly.
This tow bar is also rated up to 8,000 pounds and will handle the weight of your 2023 Ram 1500 perfectly.
From checking your order history, the only thing you look to be missing is a braking system. Do you already have one?
