Does this hitch clear the battery on the Hybrid?

It sure does Michael. We actually installed the Curt Hitch item # C37RV on a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid and had no clearance issues with the battery. The exhaust has to be lowered slightly to complete the installation is the only noticeable obstacle to installing the Curt item # C37RV.
The Curt Hitch item # C37RV is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that is custom fit for all models of the 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe including the hybrid. It has a 4,000 lbs towing capacity and a 600 lbs maximum tongue weight. I really like this hitch because the main crosstube mounts entirely behind the rear bumper leaving only the 2" receiver and safety chain loops visible. This not only looks better but helps with ground clearance.
What do you plan on using your new hitch for?

The Curt Hitch item # C37RV is exceptional. Fit my Hyundai Santa Fe perfectly. One of the better built units. You can’t go wrongly with E-tailed videos and customer service! Totally happy with this investment. Read the owners manual on recommended brake in miles before you start towing

I have put several trailer hitches on cars and this was the easiest one. I'm 75 years old and had no problem installing it on my 2025 Santa Fe.

Worked great and was easy to put on my 2025 Kia Sorento hybrid EX, which is the equivalent of the Santa Fe Hybrid. I use it with a Quat piston pro bike rack, and it works fantastically together.
