Replacement Submersible Lights for the Older Wesbar 403026 and 403076 Trailer Lights

Updated 01/31/2026 | Published 01/28/2026

Question:

We have a 2002 Trikker boat trailer. the only lights that are working are brake lights and turn signals. We have decided the problem is with the lights themselves, and wish to replace them. I am looking to replace Wesbar trailer lights: Lens Length: 7.53 in. 7 across the bottom measurement Lens Height: 3.48 in. Lens Depth: 3.13 in. these are waterproof, 7 or 8 function lights.

Hey Julie, thanks for the measurements. The replacements for your old Wesbar trailer lights are the Driver Side item # ST17RB and the Passenger Side item # ST16RB. These are eight function submersible lights that measure 8-1/16" long x 2-7/8" tall x 2-13/16" deep. I've attached a dimensional diagram below.

Did you check your ground wires and the power running to your lights? You may have an issue with the wiring, which won't be fixed by replacing the lights.

Yes, we have checked both thoroughly. They all seem to check out.

@JulieC Ok, that's good. I was concerned you would upgrade the lights and find the same issues and have to start all over. The Driver Side item # ST17RB and the Passenger Side item # ST16RB are what you'll need to replace your Wesbar lights. If you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
