What bed racks do the tonneau cover adapters work with i have a 2019 tacoma with a oem bakflip tonneau cover

Hey Scott! It looks like the OEM cover on your 2019 Tacoma is a BAKFlip MX4. You can use the Malone CrossBed Truck Rack Tonneau Cover Adapter # MAL88HR with this cover. However, If you're using the rack with any frequency and want to access your truck bed this really isn't the best choice. You won't be able to open or close the tonneau cover without removing the bolts/screws from the rack and taking it completely off.
I see you also looked at the TS rails. These are compatible with the MX4 as well and will allow you to install a rail mounted ladder rack like the Yakima OverHaul HD # Y01151-5755 or Yakima OutPost HD # Y01152-5855. Both are able to slide in the tracks making it a lot easier to use your tonneau cover. The correct rails depends on your bed length. If you have the 6' bed you need the # TX82NV and for the 5' bed # TX22NV.
