Will the Roadmaster EZ2 Base Plate 1-1/4" Covers Work w/ Blue Ox Baseplates?

I have a BX1126 base plate that has the 1 1/4” tow extension. Will these roadmaster 212 rubber plugs fit the blue ox? I don’t like the thin plastic ones.

Hey Fred. The Roadmaster EZ2 Base Plate 1-1/4" Covers item # RM-212 will fit inside the receivers of the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit item # BX1126, however I don't know if they're going to stay secured while daily driving. The Replacement Tab Covers item # BLU96XR, designed for Blue Ox base plates, tapers out to 1.39" to ensure a snug fit. The Roadmaster item # RM-212 doesn't taper.
