Hi Michael; I'm sorry to say none of the custom hitches for the 2021 Hyundai Ioniq fit the EV model. The only option would be to take the # E-9 to a local fabricator and have them fashion a custom hitch for your vehicle.
What are you using the hitch for? If it is something like a bike rack I would consider a roof rack or trunk mounted bike rack like the # Y02634.

Michael The shot answer to getting a quality hitch installed, custom or off the shelf, use a quality installer or fabricator. I have used U-Haul and found them a reliable source. If they do not recommend a hitch on your vehicle, consider a roof rack or other. If your needs are more robust, you should consider another vehicle or a rental. Wrong tow car and a trailer are a formula for disaster. Your liability includes anything you tow and damage created by that trailer. Towing is a new skill set and not learned without failures.

We purchased the Combo Bar 6" with 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver as we had a flat bed installed on our truck. The flat bed didn't come with a receiver hitch so we purchased this and took it to a local welding shop and they fabricated it to our flat bed. It worked great for our purpose. Sorry, I don't have any pictures.
