Availability of Gen-Y Hitch Trailer Coupler - Flat Plate Mount With Different Mounting Pattern

Question:
Good morning, We are interested in the Gen Y hitch/coupler. Do you have a model with a mounting plate / bolt pattern of ... 5 wide and 4 up/down?

Expert Reply:
Hi Ken; the Gen-Y Hitch Trailer Coupler - Flat Plate Mount # GY93AV has mounting holes that are 4-1/2" apart on center. This follows the standard and is the only option available from Gen-Y. Unfortunately, all of our other flat mount trailer couplers have the same bolt pattern so we don't have anything that matches your measurements.
What are you mounting this on? If you can change out the mounting plate that would be the easiest solution.

Hey Ken, what did you end up mounting the Gen-Y flat plate coupler on? Once you had a chance to check your setup, did changing the mounting plate work out? Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same issue.
