It does not Jacob but I have a better alternative that does. For your 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid, I recommend our etrailer item # e98848. This custom fit class III hitch has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a maximum tongue weight of 525 lbs. It comes with all hardware necessary to get it installed.

I really like the etrailer Hitch item # e98848 because of how it installs on your CR-V Hybrid. The main crosstube mounts entirely behind the rear bumper so all you see is the 2" receiver. Our hitches also have a specific matte coating that stands up better to rust but also allows them to blend in better beneath your Honda. I attached a picture below so you can see what I'm talking about.

I purchased the recommend hitch. I use it for a bike rack and small utility trailer. The installation was easy. My vehicle is 2026 crv hybrid.

I also purchased the recommended hitch #e98848. It fit well, but note that you have to trim additional material from the plastic panel than what etrailer's install video shows (at least the video that was available in 2023 when I bought mine). Otherwise an easy install. I basically use mine to tow a log splitter from and to the rental store once a year. Works great. I'll note that Honda doesn't recommend towing with the hybrid. However, the same vehicle IS allowed to tow up to 750 lb in Europe. Go figure. So, bottom line, this is a great hitch and reasonably easy to install. Just don't tow anything heavier than 750 lb.

Thanks for the recommendation. Do you have any options that don’t require cutting the bumper? I’m concerned about voiding our extended warranty. We are just using it for a bike rack for up to four bikes.

@Jacob You're welcome! There are no hitch options for the hybrid model of the 2020 Honda CR-V that do not require trimming of the lower fascia. I recommend contacting your warranty company to see if adding a hitch is going to void any coverage. The etrailer Hitch item # e98848 is going to work great with a bike rack. The top of the inside of the hitch receiver is going to be 14-1/2" above the ground. The hitch pin hole is going to sit 2-1/2" behind the edge of your CR-V's rear bumper.
