The Pace Edwards UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover item # PE67CV is similar to the item # PE54UV you were looking at. This cover has built in t-slot rails you can attach a ladder rack like item # Y01151-5855 to.
The Pace Edwards UltraGroove item # PE67CV is a manually retracted cover that folds up inside a canister that sits in the front of the bed. It's made of heavy-gauge aluminum panels with an ArmorTek vinyl finish. This will protect the cover incase something falls off of your ladder lack. It has a low-profile design so it's going to sit right at an inch above your bed rails.
The Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # Y01151-5855 comes with adapters that will attach directly to your cover. The 68" crossbars have a 300 lbs capacity and the uprights adjust from 19" to 30" tall.
