  Hi Jaime, Replacement parts for a Retrax PowerTrax tonneau cover are pretty scarce unfortunately. We only offer the motor # RTX79TR as a complete swap out and don't have the gear you're referring to as a replacement part. Even though you don't have a warranty most of these companies are more than willing to make their customers happy and will send out a part or two that they normally wouldn't have for sale if you ask. I would see if they will before purchasing anything to minimize your cost.

  Hello Alina, thanks for reaching out. The only way to know what key your need would be for your to provide the brand, model number and key number for your cover. The key number is typically printed on the key itself, or on the face of the lock core. Is there a number on the lock core you can see? Otherwise there will be no way to know what key you need and the only option would be to replace the key and lock core which would also be brand specific.

  Unfortunately no, you are going to have to swap out the entire cover with a powered one like the PowertraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTX48YR if you wanted the upgrade.
