Question:
Will normal trailer movement around the lot trigger constant alerts?

Hey Laura! PingMaster’s motion-sensing technology is designed to ignore minor movement like wind or small repositioning, but there's a chance it could go off as soon as it starts moving around the yard/lot. In that case, you can set parameters so that you only get notified if it leaves the yard/lot. Tthe app lets you adjust and customize things like this, along with setting up an alarm that goes off on the trailer itself.
What is this going on? We have the 3000 model # PM84FR with wifi backup (better signal), 5000 model # PM74FR with wifi backup, and the standard 5000 model # PM64FR. I'd go with one of the wifi models for best signal!

Hey Andrew, my trailer is in a shared contractor yard with forklifts and trucks constantly moving around it. I don’t want my phone blowing up all day. Does that kind of activity cause false alerts?
