Hey Ryan. It looks like you have a 3,500 lbs Dexter axle. To replace the seals and bearings you'll need the Hub Bearing Kit for Lippert, Dexter, and AL-KO Axles - 3,500 lb with #84 Spindle item # BK2-100. This kit comes with bearings, races, seals, cotter pin, and new tang washer. You'll need one per hub.

To replace your brakes, I recommend the etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs item # AKEBRK-35 for manually adjusted brakes or the item # AKEBRK-35-SA for self adjusting brakes.

What kind of trailer do you have?

It’s on a 2003 34’ Thor Wanderer fifth wheel, the tag on the axle says it’s rated at 6000LB. It says Dexter axle P-29 model SLR. I have a photo of the tag I can send.
