According to Dexter, the nut should be torqued to between 45-70 foot lbs. If you don't have a torque wrench close at hand, Tighten the bolts until the lock washer flattens, which will put you really close to the correct torque.

We offer 4 nuts and lock washers as part # BIK-00.

Since we do not offer a version of the #AC15R45BML with a Load Range D tire on it your best option is going to be to go with just the wheel part #AX02550545BML and then the tire #LHWL300 which is a Load Range D and have it mounted locally to you.

I called my contact at Dexter about the 10 inch Nev-R-Adjust brakes like part #23-468. They told me when you are installing the brake assemblies to the brake mounting flange, the torque should be between 45 and 50 ft lbs.

My contact at Dexter Axle tells me that when installing a brake assembly to the backing plate of a 3500 lb axle, the bolts should be tightened in a criss-cross pattern to between 45-70 foot lbs.
