Question:
Is this winch Lippert Spare Tire Winch with Offset Cable compatible with the 37 H1 tire and the M1102. I will not use the 35 lb run flat donut and replace with a 5 lb PVC to lock the bead.

Hey Bill. So long as the pilot hole in the center of your 37 H1 tire's wheel is less than 7" wide the Lippert Spare Tire Winch item # LC159056 will indeed work. It has a 150 lbs weight capacity and comes with a 46" long steel braided cable. You would need to attach it to a crossmember on your M1102 trailer or fabricate one.
You'll also need the Replacement Crank Extension for Lippert Spare Tire Winch Assemblies - 35-1/2" item # LC1315411 and the Replacement Crank Handle item # LC285324 to raise and lower your spare tire without having to climb under the trailer to release it.
How big is the pilot hole on your wheel?
