The crank handle for the Lippert Components Spare Tire Winch with Offset Cable item # LC159056, is Replacement Crank Extension for Lippert Spare Tire Winch Assemblies - 35-1/2" item # LC1315411.

The Spare Tire Winch item # LC159056 has a 1/2-inch round crank fitting and the Replacement Crank Extension item # LC1315411 has a 3/4-inch hex shape on the other end. I have attached a picture and a review video so you can get a better look at the Crank Extension.
