I sure can Rodney. The Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles item # 7359765 you were looking at would be a great place to start. This is a 3,500 lbs axle that is 95" long. The 95" is hub face to hub face so the inside edge of your wheels will sit at that measurement.
Here's a list of the rest of the parts you'll need along with how many you'll need to order:
U-Bolts x 2- U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 3,500-lb, Round Trailer Axles - 5-1/2" Long U-Bolts item # APUBR-1
Hubs and Drums x 4- Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 10" - 5 on 4-1/2 lug nut pattern - Pre-Greased item # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K
Grease Caps for EZ Lube Spindles x 2 - Grease Cap, 1.99" OD EZ Lube Drive in with Plug - Qty 2 item # RG04-040
Brake Assemblies x 2- etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K item # AKEBRK-35-SA
Leaf Springs x 4 - 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles - 23-1/8" Long item # e59SR
Equalizer, Bolt Kit, and Weld on Spring Hangers - Terran Axle Tandem-Axle Hanger Kit for Double Eye Springs - 3-1/4" Tall Front item # TX65VJ or item # 2-1/2" Tall Middle item # TX75VJ, or 1-1/2" Tall Front item # TX45VJ. You'll only need one of these kits and which one you need is going to be determined by how high you want your trailer to sit. The taller the spring hanger the lower your suspension and axles will sit.
Here are the electrical parts you're going to need as well:
7-Way Connector, Cord, and Junction Box x 1- etrailer Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit w/ Junction Box and RV Style Connector item # e99011
Wiring x 25 Feet - 12 Gauge 2 Conductor Jacketed (Brake) Wire Per Foot item # 12-2-1
Breakaway Kit x 1- Bright Way Trailer Breakaway Kit with Charger, LED Tester, and 5 Ah Battery - Side Load item # 3802346
Tail Light and License Plate Bracket Kit x 1- Peterson LED Tail Light Kit for Trailers Over 80" Wide - 25' Harness - Driver and Passenger item # V944. You'll cut the 4-way connector off and wire the lights directly to the item # e99011.
We've got quite a few options as far as suspension and all these components go. If you're looking for something different than I recommended please let me know and I'll make more specific recommendations.
