Today we're going to be taking a look at some nylon bushings. These bushings are designed for use with trailer suspension systems. You would simply insert them into the eyes of leave springs or the bolt holes of equalizers. They're going to help ensure proper sizing for suspension bolts. They're made from a durable nylon construction, the inner diameter, place a ruler on there, the inner diameter is going to be 9/16ths of an inch. Outer diameter is going to measure 3 quarters of an inch, over all length is going to measure 1 and 3 quarters of an inch.
All of these are going to measure the same and you're going to get a total of six nylon bushings. That's going to do it for our look at the nylon bushings that are designed for use with trailer suspension systems.

Great product, put the trailer together last night. It matched the original perfectly. Noboby seems to carry trailer parts locally anymore. Will definitely be going back when i need other trailer parts.
Hard size bushing to find at least for me. Not cool. etrailer had it. Shipped it super fast. Very cool! I have a fishing trip coming up soon and need the trailer back in working order.
Fit my trailer spring set perfectly. Time will tell how long they'll last but the springs are not rattling on the bolts any longer. I'm very satisfied.

The bushings are excellent, quality is great. this was the final piece to my trailer suspension replacement. Unfortunately I apparently ordered the wrong ones, not to worry, was able to turn down the od and drill id to fit my 3500 lb. assembly. the complete job was a success. All parts were great fit and quality. Should you undertake this job, suggest to torch old parts off. It then takes about an hour to do complete job. Great parts.... picture of final job attached
Exactly as measured.
Called in to order a suspension kit (#AP233), which does not include nylon bushings for the leaf spring eyelets. These bushings were recommended given how many were needed for the leaf springs.
These bushings are the wrong size. The outside diameter is 3/4. My application needs 11/16. These bushings won't even fit the suspension kit equalizers in the same sales order.

Parts were just what they said, and exactly what I needed, have had no problems to date one year later and expect none...
I installed these on my utility trailer. They fit perfectly and took all the play out of the spring ends. I only use the trailer occasionally and I have not had any problems with them so far. I was amazed that etrailer had such a broad range of sizes of this product to choose from. Thanks etrailer
These are great, all of the bushings in my leaf springs were shot and adding to the clunking sounds coming from the open trailer. These are an easy install when refreshing the rest of the suspension components
The 3/4 inch spring shackle bushings were a perfect fit and installed very easily. Local trailer supply stores did not offer the 3/4 version and I was able to get them from etrailer in three days. I found the sales representative I called to be very helpful and professional.
The parts I needed were difficult to impossible to find here in the northeast.
You website made it real easy to find what I needed to restore my flatbed trailer.

Note these are nice nylon bushings but beaware they most likely will not fit if your spring eye measures 3/4” -0.750 id . Spring eye id will have vearing tolerances, and these bushings will not fit . Get the bushings that have a 11/16 OD . I had turn these down to fit my springs

IT TOOK ME SOME TIME BUT I FINALY FIGURED MY TRAILER HAS A STOUTER SPING SET AND A SMALLER AXLE. THE FOLKS AT ETRAILER WERE VERY HELPFUL HELPING ME GET WHAT I NEEDED AT A VERY REASONABLE PICE AND FAST SHIPPING, THANKS GUYS!
I put these bushings on my utility trailer a year ago and they are still looking brand new. I've hauled about 40 yards of 3/4 down gravel(2 yards at a time) to my cottage for a 60 mile trip. Plus numinous moves so they are getting a good workout.
