  Hi Ethan! How we have the eye diameter listed for the 5-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Radius End for 10,000-lb Trailer Axles - 30-1/2" Long # e29FV is confusing and I will see if I can get it fixed. The eye is 3/4" and I measured 10 in our warehouse at random to confirm that. If you were to add something like the Nylon Bushings - 9/16" Inner Diameter, 3/4" Outer Diameter - 1-3/4" Long - Qty 6 # SP05-060 (which is technically too short, but would work), it would then be the 9/16" that is listed....

• Comparing Bronze and Nylon Bushings for Trailer Suspension
  It really just depends on what you are looking to get out of the bushings. Bronze bushings, like part # K71-291-00, will last longer but are more noisy and it is recommended to use wet bolts like part # 126B2 to keep them lubricated. Nylon bushings, like part # SP05-060, are much quieter and can be used with regular bolts like part # 166081 since they don't need to be lubricated as much. As far as lifespan goes the bronze will last longer but not so much longer that they are much better...

• Are There Bronze Leaf Spring Bushings 3/4" OD x 9/16" ID
  I do have an option for you although we don't have any bronze bushings in the size you listed. That said, we do offer nylon bushings which measures 3/4" O.D. x 9/16" I.D. x 1-3/4" Long part # SP05-060. These can then be used with the Shackle Bolt with Locknut for Double-Eye Springs part # 166081. This would still be a great improvement to the trailer allowing for easy maintenance.

  I need more information to assist you with your trailer spring replacement. If you measure from eye to eye (center of the bolts) I can help you with the correct replacement for your needs. Leaf spring replacements are dependent on the length and also the capacity, which giving me your model helped me with the capacity part but not the length of spring. It seems with that new a trailer, you shouldn't need new springs yet. You may just want to replace the spring bushings with # SP05-060...

  There can be some slight measurement differences among the various bushings of the same part number. So if you went with a 9/16 inner and 3/4 outer, like # SP05-060, then it will work though it is possible that the fit will be tighter for some than others especially since there are tolerances in the spring eyes as well.

• Do All Suspension Bolts for Leaf Springs Need a Bushing
  You need to have a bushing installed on each bolt that comes in the Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs # APS4. For this I recommend picking up the Nylon Bushings # SP05-060 which have the appropriate inner diameter and length for the hangers, and comes with 6 bushings to match the number of bolts in the kit. The only thing you'll need to check on is the 3/4" outer diameter to make sure these fit inside the leaf springs (if your leaf springs didn't come with bushings).

  The only bushings we have that are 9/16" Inner Diameter, 3/4" Outer Diameter, and 1-3/4" Long are Nylon Bushings item # SP05-060. The bronze bushings from the MoRyde Suspension upgrade kit Item # MR46ZR would not fit in the TruRyde Equalizers item #TREQR2. The bushings are Outer diameter 11/16" and the Inner diameter is 9/16". The TREQR2 equalizers have a 9/16" bolt-hole diameters.
