Hello Robert,
We do not have a parking sensor relocation kit for your 2021 F150 Tremor because Westin does not make one.
As long as you are installing a grille guard that is the correct fit, you will not need a relocation kit. For example, the Westin HDX Winch Mount Grille Guard with Punch Plate - Modular - Black Powder Coated Steel # W96CQ is designed to work without relocating the sensors.
What is the part number of the grille guard you are planning to install?
