I am looking for a fold-down tray for my 4 foot window, to be able to pass items outside. And fold tray down for transport.

Hey Leon. The only folding trays we have mount to RV bumpers. The Mount-n-Lock GennyGo Folding Generator and Cargo Carrier for RV Bumpers item # MNT59ZR will attach to 4", 4-1/2", 5-5/16", and 6" square bumpers. It measures 24-1/4" long x 48-1/4" wide x 2-5/8" tall and has a 450 lbs capacity.
