Will the Air Lift 7-Way to SAE Power Adapter Work w/ a Ford Factory 7-Way Connector?

2022 Ford Explorer King Ranch with tow package. Does the AL69FF work for vehicles that have a smart 7 pin harness that only activates the 12V pin when a trailer is connected?

Yes, it is Bryon. The Air Lift 7-Way to SAE Power Adapter item # AL69FF will register as as a normal trailer connector as far as your Ford's power system is concerned. You'll have no issues using this adapter with your truck.
The Air Lift Power Adapter item # AL69FF will allow you to power any accessory with a SAE connector off of your F-150's 7-Way. This adapter has been included with portable air compressor kits like the Air Lift item # AL79FF. Since cigarette lighters are going the way of CD players this is a nice feature.

specific use would be to power a Harmar Chair lift on our 2022 Ford Explorer, 2024 F150 or other family members that have a "smart tow" or a standard 7 pin thank you for your quick response
