They sure will, Richard and a good morning to you too! The Brophy Stake Pocket Mounted Camper Tie-Downs item # TDSF will indeed work with your 1999 Dodge Ram 2500. These are specifically designed for 8' long campers. They're going to drop right down into the stake pockets at the top of your bed rails and give you an anchoring point to secure your in bed camper.
You'll want to use the Brophy Basic Turnbuckles w/ Hardware for Camper Tie-Downs item # TDHP to secure your camper to the item # TDSF tie downs.
What kind of in bed camper do you have?
You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.

Hi Jerred, Thanks for your help the other day. The Camper tie downs fit well and were heavy duty. On my 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 though, the stake pockets are enclosed, right around the pockets, so there is no way to access putting in the top bolt/nut. No problem, I just used some big sheet metal screws instead of the bolt. Richard
