Hello again Terry; I would double check your measurements there. The difference between the inside and outside measurement is typically 2", with 1" for the weld stops. We have the Stromberg Carlson Electric Landing Gear Set # LG-4 which has an inside measurement of 19-1/2" and outside of 21-1/2" with lines up with one of your measurements.
All of the others like the # RVLG-8HDL we talked about before follow the industry standard and are 15-1/2" inside and 17-1/2" outside. If nothing lines up correctly the only option would be to weld on new brackets # LC113511 to match.

Hi Robin , it has 2” weld on brackets ( factory installed ) I bought this trailer new in 2005 and is in great shape, except the landing gear is worn out. Like I stated before the outer tube is 37 “.
