I have 2025 Grand Design 27MAV I have vent flap that keeps pulling off due to wind and vibration. Will this item replace the factory item? The OD measures 12.5 x 5.5” Bolt centers are approx. 11.5 x 5.5” I would actually like to upgrade as these flaps do not hold and this will be the second one we have replaced. Something with a hood on the exterior would be preferred.

Hey Joshua! The mounting holes across the top are spaced 3-3/4" so from left to right it is 11-1/4". This is pretty close but, from top to bottom it is 4-13/16" so that doesn't quite line up. You could potentially replace the entire vent with the B&B Endura Range Exhaust Vent # BM57GR. This requires a 10-3/4" long x 4" tall cutout with overall dimensions of 12-9/16" long x 5-7/8" tall.
