Hello Rodge, thanks for reaching out. Take a look at the B&B Endura Range Exhaust Vent # BM24GR. This vent measures 12-9/16" long x 5-7/8" tall overall so almost an exact match to the dimensions you provided. It is designed to fit a 10-3/4" long x 4" tall cutout so please do confirm your cutout size to be sure it will fit.
This vent is also available in black as part # BM57GR.
