You're right on the money with picking out those running boards. The ActionTrac powered running boards part # AA3047952 will definitely fit your 2016 Toyota Tundra SR5. There's no drilling required so it will bolt up to existing holes on the frame of your Tundra.

My Toyota Running boards have 4 support locations. I have figured the use of the front and rear pads, but which one to I use for the middle point? Assuming the kit had 3 supports per side.

@Paul I checked out the instructions and looks like you are going to be using the two closest to the front doors, skip one, and then use the rearmost mounting location.
