Question:

I have an Aries actiontrac step on my 2021 Jeep gladiator. The driver side is not functioning properly, really not at all. Slight movement down and will not fully go up, I’ve cleaned and lubricanted, watched videos etc. I believe it’s the motor, do you sel just the motor for replacing?

No, I am sorry Tom we do not sell just the motor for your Aries ActionTrac Running Boards item # AA3025179. I took a look at the instructions and there's a troubleshooting section. I have attached them below. Have you tried hooking up a 12v battery directly to the motor to see if it will function?

I copied the following directly from the instructions:

To check the motor function, apply 12 volts directly to the motor
leads. If the board does not open, swap the leads and try again.
If the board opens, the motor is good and swapping the leads
back will cycle the board closed.

If this doesn't work you'll most likely need to reach out to Aries directly for replacement parts.
