Hi Mike!
I can definitely get a kit put together for your 2018 Ford F150. I am a fan of Roadmaster base plates as they are all made here in America and they are just well built. So here is what I recommend:

For the braking system I have two options listed below. One is for air brake and one is for hydraulic brakes. They are both permanent installs, but I have found them to be some of the best systems on the market and are the ones I tend to steer people towards. You will need the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400 for either of these as it will keep your truck's brake signal from overriding the turn signal sent by your RV.
