I've done a bit of looking into this before and found that the following can be used as a replacement for a E3333645 LED:

Cool White
- 180 Lumens/5,500 Kelvin # DI56VR
- 165 Lumens/5,500 Kelvin # DI86VR

Warm White
- 180 Lumens/3,500 Kelvin # DI29VR
- 165 Lumens/3,500 Kelvin # DI76VR

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
