I asked about the curt C26HR being hidden, is there a hitch that is completely, or more, hidden than the curt? Thank you

Yes, only the receiver tube opening of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C26HR will be visible while installed on your 2017 Ford F-150. I have attached a photo of what the finished product will look like on a similar F-150 for you in addition to an install video.

I also recommend using part # C22272 to protect the inside of the receiver tube from rusting while not in use.

We have three trailer hitch receivers with a hidden cross tube that will fit your 2017 Ford F-150 which includes the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C26HR. The other two are the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C86HR and the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76136. I have attached a photo on each of them installed so you can see how they look. They will all stick out about the same amount. None of the trailer hitches we have for your truck will be completely hidden.
