I am looking for replacement Grease Seals - Double Lip - for Dexter 4,400-lb Axles. I believe the current seals are approximately 1.75 ID and 2.5 OD just using a tape measure.

Hey Bob, thanks for the information! For Dexter 4,400 lbs axles you will need the Grease Seal item # 58846. It has a inner diameter of 1.719" and a outer diameter of 2.565". It is sold individually.
Here are the rest of the parts you'll need if you're swapping out bearings and races too.
Bearings item # L68149 and item # LM67048
Races item # L68111 and item # LM67010
