Hello Kent, thanks for reaching out. It is possible to use a Redarc brake controller in your 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500.
The tow package on your printer includes a factory 7-way and brake controller port, correct? If so, a brake controller can be added. The only slight drawback is Redarc does not make a custom pigtail for the 2024 Sprinter, so if the factory brake controller plug is present, you will need to cut it off and hardwire the controller. The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED52VR comes with a universal 4-wire pigtail that can be used for this.
The Redarc is a great choice for any newer vehicle. The control knob blends in really well and keeps a factory appearance on the dash, especially when used with the mounting panel part # 331-TPSI-001. The controls are quite easy to get the hang of too.

Hey Kent, how did things go with adding the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty to your Sprinter’s tow package? Did the hardwiring process work out smoothly without the custom pigtail? Your update could make it easier for others setting up the same controller.
