Hey James!
The instructions for the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED53CR show that with the blue LED means that you'll need to check all of your connections. Have you done that yet?

Yes, I checked the connections and disconnected my battery and that seemed to work. It came on and calibrated. Everything is working fine. One other thing I’m having trouble with the knob seems to be stripped out. I have to take it off to turn up or down if you could point me in the right direction to get a new knob
