Question:
Hi. Im trying to troubleshoot a Roadmaster Brake Light Switch P/N 751471 for a 2021 Cherokee Trailhawk. I need to pull the carpet back to get to the power connection. Do you have a video on how to remove the sill and kick plates and get the carpet pulled back? I dont want to break anything. Thanks Mike

Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out. I wish I could help here but I am sorry to say we do not have a video that shows pulling the carpet or trim panels back. We do have a video that shows the Brake Light Switch # RM-751471 being installed on a 2021 Jeep Cherokee, but the video is more to show how things are wired, and I do not believe they cover the carpet or panels. I have linked that video for you below if you want to take a look.

Hey Mike, did the video help you with the wiring part of the installation? I'm curious to know if you found a way to remove the carpet and trim without any issues, as your experience could really help others facing the same challenge.
