I want to flat tow my 2024 Colorado Z71, I have a Roadmaster tow bar, your part RM-677. Can you provide me with a list of other parts that I need to safely flat tow my Colorado with my motorhome. Thank you.

Hey Jack! I would be happy to provide you with a list of parts to flat tow your 2024 Colorado Z71. Since you have the # RM-677 already you will need a Blue Ox base plate kit, wiring, and a supplemental brake system. I recommend the following:
-Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BLU85CR
-Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-152
-RoadMaster 6-Wire Trailer Connector - Vehicle End # RM-910030-7 and Bracket # RM-910030-5
-Roadmaster Battery Disconnect # RM-766
-Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes # SM99251
The brake system is for hydraulic brakes so it will work assuming you still have your 2018 Thor Hurricane 31S. If you have air brakes you need the Demco Air Force One # SM99243 instead.
You may also need a high-low adapter to keep your setup level. I attached a help article below explaining how to measure and choose the correct adapter. We know the bracket height of the base plate is 15" so all you will have to do is measure the hitch height on your motorhome.
