I just double checked with my contact at Demco regarding the amperage draw for the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO #SM99251. The draw when the system is not operating is zero amps. When the brakes are being applied it will draw 13 amps.

Hey Michael, the install of the etrailer base plate kit part #e96GV does require moving the adaptive cruise control bracket in most situations. That is still true so it would be likely you'd need to move yours on a 25 Maverick Lariat.
