Question:
I have a 11 year old UF 3002 that I am replacing with a UF 3500. The 3005 has a red and black wire. The UF 3002 has just one wire running thru a fuse. How do wire up the 3500? Mark

Hey Mark! The red and black wires on your Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Jack # UF97FR are the power and ground. The red wire is the positive lead which will connect to the positive terminal on your battery. The black wire is the ground which you can connect to the negative battery terminal. If you're using any kind of extension wire make sure it is not smaller than #10 gauge.
What kind of trailer are you installing this on?
