Question:
I am writing concerning an electric jack # 3370093500 which I purchased last year. It worked fine all last year. This year, I went down to get our trailer from storage, and it worked fine. Got it home, no power. It is the model that plugs into the 7 pin. Truck 7 pin works fine for the trailer. Manually cranked it up and down for our trip not happy. Got home, and put the old original jack back on. Havent had much time to fool with it, wondered if you had any suggestions.

The Buyers Products 12-Volt Electric Jack - 22-1/2" Travel - 3,500 lbs # 3370093500 has a 20 amp circuit breaker and motor switch between the trailer wiring connection and the motor. I recommend checking the circuit breaker and then the switch for continuity using a circuit tester like # PTW2992.
I've attached a schematic of your wiring to assist.
