Question:
Is there a replacement air conditioner for my carrier model 68 RV 151028 that will replace it and still work my furnace like my old did if so how does it get wired?

Hey Keith! Since everything switched to the new R32 refrigerant this year to comply with the EPA a new system will be necessary. None of the new units are backwards compatible with old R410A parts like yours. For a replacement I recommend the new Furrion Chill Cube. This AC system is incredibly quiet and efficient with a variable speed compressor. You can choose from the following based on color and ducted/ductless:
-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ductless - 18,000 Btu - Black # FR27TD
-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ductless - 18,000 Btu - White # FR59TD
-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - Black # FR39TD
-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - White # FR99TD
There is an optional wall thermostat # LC74DX but we can't guarantee compatibility with any given furnace so I don't recommend using it. Since the AC runs off of a remote, you can keep the furnace separate and run it off of the existing wall thermostat. If that thermostat is unable to operate without connecting to the control box in the Carrier you can replace it with a simple mechanical thermostat or whatever else you want to use.
