Hey Bob, thanks for the information. It looks like you have a 3,500 lbs axle with a 86.5" hub face and a 68.5" spring seat. The only axle I have with a 86.5" hub face is the 5,200 lbs Capacity Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles item # e45GR. It only works with 6 on 5-1/2 lug pattern hubs though like item # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K.

The closest 3,500 lbs axle I have to a 86.5" hub face measurement is the 89" Dexter Trailer Axle Beam item # T3584F-8974. This axle is going to stick out an extra 1-1/4" on both sides of your trailer. You'll need to cut off and move the spring seats as well and replace them with two of the item # TRSS238.

What kind of trailer do you have?

Hi Jarred , it is a 2019 forest river 27bhxl, it shows a gvwr of 7775lbs yet only has 3500 lb axles under it, looks to me like they should have put 5200 lb axles under it not the 3500s it has not sure yet what I am going to go with this , thanks for your help,I will be in contact soon Bob

@BobN You're welcome! Let me know if you have any additional questions. We could definitely set you up with 5,200 lbs axles and new hubs. You will need to swap out your wheels though.
