Looking for Pre-Greased 3,500 Idler Hub that is Galvanized for Trailer Axle
Published 08/17/2026 >
Question:
Struggling to find new pre greased idler hubs for EZ lube trailer axle purchased from you a few years ago, that is galvanized. I find some pre greased ones, but not galvanized, and some I can assemble myself that are galvanized. Wheel is 5 on 4.5, 3500 lb EZ lube axle you could check my purchase records for sure, I didnt know how to confirm that. Positive I got galvanized assembled ones from you before, when I redid the trailer, but perhaps I put them together myself.

Hey Greg, we have just what you are looking for with the CE Smith idler hub part # CE13515. This is a pre-greased 3,500 lb axle hub that is galvanized like you are looking for. What trailer is this going on?

It is an EZ lube axle, will these work on that? will have to get rhe right dust cap but thats not an issue. I see the Dex ones greased, but not galvanized, and the Dex ones, not assembled but galvanized are for EZ lube axles. I couldnt find in the description that the CE brand would work. I would have to see if I can find the axle in my records, it was purchased from etrailer.
