Yes, if you wanted to weld on the Demco coupler part # DM37ZR instead of bolting it on you certainly could. This is powdercoated though so you will need to remove the powdercoating first. For a similar coupler that was designed to be welded on and instead is just primed we have the part # DM14791-97 which has a 10k capacity, the same latch design, and fits a 2 inch hitch ball.
