What Would Cause SnapPads To Fall Off?
Updated 08/15/2025 | Published 07/21/2025 >
Question:
I bought set of Jack Pads for my Dynamax Isata 3. They were installed properly, but twice now when driving over uneven terrain, a jack pad has come off. Luckily, I found them. Why is this happening?

Hello Richard, thanks for reaching out. I have heard of snap pads falling off on extremely rare occasions and every time this happens it is either due to improper installation, or to the wrong size or type of pad being used. I supposed it could also be caused by damage or dents on the jack feet. Or if you are hitting the pads on something.
What size are the leveling feet on your camper? Are they flat or concave? Definitely want to make sure you are using the right thing.

Hey Richard, did you get a chance to check the size and shape of your camper's leveling feet? I'm curious if that helped solve the issue with the jack pads coming off. Let me know how it goes, as it could really help others facing a similar problem!
