Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a brief look at this replacement pad for your SnapPad Jack Stand Pad System. This is going to replace one pad for your SnapPad Jack Stand Pad System, and this pad is going to fit a 10 inch octagonal or round concave jack foot. And as you know, this pad will increase the surface area of your jack foot to help prevent sinking and provide added stability. Now while we're here, let me pull out my tape measure here, lean this up against me and just give you the overall diameter. And as you can see, we are sitting right at 13 and a quarter inches in diameter.
And the overall height, we are sitting right at three inches tall. I weighed this earlier and this pad individually by itself weighs about nine pounds. So if you are looking for a SnapPad Jack Stand Pad System that's going to fit your 10 inch octagonal or round concave jack foot, this is going to be the pad that you are going to need. The replacement pad is for one that was knocked off by some road debris. I will install it tomorrow. Snap Pads are a great product that I have used for at least 6 years. This is the first one I’ve lost.
I’ve had to snap pads on for over a year. They were easy to install and work as advertised.
They do not stay on. This is my third set. They are the correct size, they just do not handle any bumps or nudges.

It is not often that these pads are loose enough to come off. If you believe that you have the right size, the other issue may be clearance while driving over inclined areas and potholes so please be sure your footplate has a minimum of 6 inches of ground clearance. Also, you will want to have at least 2 inches of full clearance to the sides of the retracted foot and at least 0.75 inches of clearance from the top edge of the foot and above. The only other thing I can think of is by having a damaged foot plate.
One of our snap pads got damaged. I called etrailer and spoke with Lori. She guided me through which pad I needed to order and placed the order for me. The pad arrived quickly, and fit perfectly. etrailer rocks!!
On my way home from purchasing a new to us Newmar we lost one of the SnapPad and could not find it anywhere (sold out due to Covid-19). An RVer on social media recommended to try etrailer. I called and Odelia K. was able to help me in getting the right SnapPad for my leveling Jack 10" base plate Octagon.

Have used the product for one season on my Jayco Seneca. Lost one of the snap pads to include the foot plate. So Seneca owners, beware and check your foot plates to ensure their secure...or, pay the piper for a replacement.

Great. Replaced the lost pad now I check before the travel season to ensure that the jack plates are tight. With the added weight of the jack pads and traveling rough Alaskan roads and those in Canada, good to snug down the fittings.
Perfect fit,sometimes I struggle with finding parts for my 2015 Jayco Seneca FK. Etrailer.com is has been excellent every time with its great people and good product line.thank you Etrailer.com

I do know that often if snap pads are lost that there is a clearance issue around or above the metal foot. You would want to have at least 2 inches of full clearance to the sides of the retracted foot and at least 0.75 inches of clearance from the top edge of the foot and above. In transit ground clearance can also cause pad loss. When traveling over curbs, speedbumps, and potholes the landing feet can be set closer to the ground and when driving over these areas the suspension of the rig forces the feet further down. It is recommended that a minimum of 6 inches of full ground clearance is needed to safely use the pads.
