Question:
I have a Dodge Ram 3500 Mega cab 1 ton. Will the Sumo Springs part SSR-302-54 be the best choice for me? Occasionally pull a SUPER LITE 28foot travel trailer.

Hi William!
The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-302-54 Would be a large improvement over the stock jounces on your 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega Cab. Plus they are easy to install and American made, which is always nice. However, I wouldn't say they are the best.
Now if you really want the best option for occasional towing, I would get the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit - Heavy Duty # RAS3613-HD. These help with sag and I have heard numerous people say that their ride is better even when not towing. They are a bit expensive, but they really do a good job. They are also American made and easy to install. But, they do not fit vehicles with factory top overload springs or models with dual rear wheels.
Are you getting a lot of sag when you tow?
