Where can I find the model number for my Holdup rack so I can order a replacement arm?

The model number for a Yakima HoldUp bike rack like item # Y02443 will be on the rear side of the front cradle facing away from the vehicle as shown in the picture below.
If you have a black Yakima HoldUp bike rack or the 2-bike add on item # Y02446 you'll need one of the following wheel assemblies to replace an arm. The arms are not sold separately. These will not work on the HoldUp Evos.

Replacement Front Wheel Assembly for Yakima HoldUp Bike Carriers item # 8890280
If you have a gray Yakima HoldUp bike rack you'll need one of the following wheel assemblies to replace an arm. The arms are not sold separately. These will also not work on the HoldUp Evos.
