Hello Luke. I can definitely help with this. I used to have a 2013 Sienna and I loved that van. Anyway, assuming your Sienna currently has no trailer plug of any kind, here is what you will need:
- Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56106
- Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires # ETBC7
These two kits combined contain everything you need to wire your van with a 4-flat and 7-way plug, and this includes all of the necessary wires for a brake controller.
For the brake controller, the Tekonsha P3 # 90195 is what I recommend. It is just super reliable and easy to use. It can be installed using the included 4-wire pigtail.
Take a look at the install videos I linked. They will come in very handy if you are planning to install all this yourself.
What kind of trailer will you be pulling? Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
